If you add in waterfall quest, it makes killing the dog for priest in peril and the mage so much easier. Completing these quest only take around 60-80 minutes. I can do it for 3.5m, add my discord Lucifer#1667

accounts can always be recovered, it's why you shouldn't buy main accounts or pures. The safest accounts are the one you plan to bot on for proft. Depending on what type of account you want you can always make the account yourself and pay someone to get the lvls/quest done for you.
