Yes, so if the mouse is currently outside of the screen the cursor will appear at the top left of the game window (however it is still technically outside).

Think about it, all randoms are handled the same by every bot because their all completed using the client. All Jagex needs is an analysis of how just one client completes the random and no matter what script you use they can catch you.

You're going to be in for a surprise when OSBot 2 comes out if you think it's going to include an emulator, because it's been confirmed that initially it's not (and possible not at all). Also, a few lines of code won't make it work considering OSBot 2 scripts are written in a whole different way than OSBot 1. You're trying to say anything to make yourself sound right, but it's just making you look even worse.
