XRP = cryptocurrency (some would argue it's not) that has fast transactions Ripple = company offering a protocol to banks for fast + minimal fee money transfers Neither is dependent on the other. Their own website promotional video doesn't even discuss XRP. Dumb money can keep pumping the price for smart money to dump on, it's brilliant.

Doesn't have to necessarily relate. Depending on the job you may want to add a blurb about account management, dealing with customers, "late nights making sure everything was running smoothly", etc. Shows you're personable and have a good work ethic/management skills.

If your job experience is so lackluster that you're even considering putting that on more than likely the job is so low level that resumes don't mean much. I do, however, know a few developers who have used their RuneScape bot development experience to get internships/jobs at companies like Amazon/Walmart. Keep in mind these were actual competent developers who had a well established resume already.
