I used a mouse recorder to high alch for 48 hours straight inside my house, didn't get any kind of ban or anything. Mouse recorders seem to be very safe when it comes to things like alching.

I would say buy a house and use an auto mouse recorder and alch in the house, I did that method and alched for 48 hours straight no issue and no ban.

All the gold I have bought probably over 100m overall, I have never been banned for a real world trade. It's always good to have a account you can stock money on to in so that your other accounts, what are at risk wont lose all that money. Whenever I buy gold i will trade it from 1 account to another account and then to another account, this seems to work for me but maybe selling gold has a much higher risk than buying I dunno.

Yeah I would imagine you would need a good vpn ect to make sure ban rates are minimized, guess some weeks would be good and others pretty bad.
