Even one hour could make a difference, though, if someone's scam quitting. But I guess if no mod is online to approve the thread, then they wouldn't be able to ban the user. I've just seen this happen a few times now where someone scams and no scam reports, then two or more pop up.

It also has something to do with the threads being moderated so them just posting anything. I've seen people do that, but it's very rare - on other sites where scam reports are public immediately.

What 'personal info' do people post? I've posted an IP before, but that was because I knew the thread would be moderated so it didn't matter. I'm pretty sure that's the case with most other people as well.

Although he's the newest, he's far from the most inexperienced. Racking up feedback in the market like it's a childs play toy, does he have what it takes to go for it all? Who will be the first to be promoted? Who will be the first to be demoted? Who will be left behind to rot as a Global as the other(s) move(s) ahead?
