I've been dabbling making accounts in the last little while so I can be self sufficient so I'll try and answer these: Separate proxy for each account. Nope. Nope. I feel like these are a lot of questions you should be paying someone who sells to ask / find out by researching some more online. There isn't an easily found answer for that within this community.

I had interest in these accounts and found out they were re-selling another forums users accounts so just a heads up.

Just general privacy more than anything. Your ISP doesn't need to profile you based on your browsing habits or what you consume your data for. It's the difference between them being able to see all the information you send to whatever website you connect to vs them being able to see the IP they've assigned and then your VPN tunnel. Also it protects your IP address from the other side of the equation, anything public will not see your privately assigned ISP IP.

One of my favs, absolutely lose it at the second movement.

One big issue I have with VPN's and the various services as well is they usually keep logs of your traffic. Pretty hard pressed to find ones that don't do this any more. That being said on the flipside you have to deal with the issue you're bringing up with potential ip leaks. At least it's just an IP and not more track-able info. I'd reconmend to anyone worried about their VPN to research it more thoroughly moving forward if you're that worried about IP leaks. Also if you're wondering if your data or username has been comprised (not just your ip) check this website https://haveibeenpwned.com/ Search for your common usernames, emails, etc and see if your data has been leaked anywhere or been breached without your knowledge / consent. Only reddit's staff team has access to view IP Addresses but I'm sure with the current team and with enough money they could get access to that information. However I agree with what people are saying, I think it's anecdotal, they did an internal review to find matching accounts with those stats.

You'll be hard pressed to find free methods to mass account create (both email and OSRS) since people both sell tutorial island accounts as well as "account creators".

I don't think you can quantify your skill by lines per hour.

Used a homies boosted board before after being a longtime long boarder. It's a weird shift when it comes to riding but super fun to experience. Would absolutely use it if my commute was short enough to longboard as it was :P

No real proof of trading between accounts being linked to being banned but also no proof saying the otherwise as well. Use bonds.

Check the proxy maybe and see if it's live still? Is the port valid? Is there a connection limit to the proxy? I wouldn't know if it's running without other problems though, out of my scope real fast.
