First of is your ip static or dynamic? Also contact your ISP immediately they can help you, also ask them for the logger. They could contact the ddoser's ISP and shut him down.

The stronghold plugin doesn't quite work well, the looting system on it mainly. I set it to pick up iron ores from flesh crawlers, however, it won't pick them up. Work quite good nonetheless

often when you play on a vps (bot on vps), which you also use for your botfarm and your main gets banned. Jagex thinks your account has been hacked and used to fuel the botfarm and you can get your ban quashed. I have done this to multiple mains of mine, total of 3 (+ 1 which was my irl friends account)
