I don't know what rules you're referring to but I am referring to OSbot rules http://osbot.org/forum/topic/64221-rules/ I see no rules that cover what you deem "Criminal". What I do see are rules on offensive language 1. Dude chill out with the language. I may not agree with anti GE views but there's no need to call people names(it just makes the individual look bad and by extension, the argument loses validity). I won't give warning points right now but please don't name call again. That goes for everyone else too regardless of what side of the GE debate you fall under.

Possibly but not because of Jagex because If I am not mistaken Jagex has made it clear that they do not wish to make holiday items rare; instead, they plan to just give all past year holiday items each time the holidays come up(So This Easter would get 2013,2014 and 2015 rewards). That said the supply of such items will never really decrease to the point of being a priceless item. The only item that I think stands a chance of going for a couple mil any time soon is the Christmas Cracker(because they do decrease as people open them with the hops of getting a more valuable phat). The only other way I could see rare items happening is if and this is a big if... An individual with lots, and I mean we're talking hundreds of millions if not billions of gp figured out how many copies of a particular holiday item existed and decided to just buy everyone's holiday items. Essentially they would be a monopoly or more realistically a group of individuals could do it and become an oligopoly, Eventually the mass purchase of all these holiday items would affect the market as people see almost no one wearing them. This is when the prices would skyrocket, however, this would only be temporary because once the corresponding holiday season comes up, and the items are re-released... well there's no point at buying for a high price then now is there? That said it would require loads of time and planning and you'd have to sell as many of the copies as possible before the next holiday event. However if you sell too many too soon the price will just drop thus cut into profits. When a new holiday event happens the individual or group would have to purchase all the new ones and begin again. I know way too much about economics lol =).

Just a heads up, not that I don't like this thread(I do) I am just letting you know I am moving this thread to the real-life section(just seems more fitting). To answer your question, I am a senior in college with a 3.92 GPA (only five weeks left then I do my internship for three months and graduate). I am also going to law school in September this year(still waiting to get accepted/declined by the 14 schools I applied to in the top 25 of America). I am also the Secretry for the campuses anime club(heading over there right about now actually to do my secretary duties and hang out with my friends there). I am the founder of my own college libertarians group on campus(still trying to host our 1st meeting though and recruit more members). When I am not in college, I am just chilling out and studying basically(Worst part is now because I have three exams and three papers to do on Monday). Gotta love mid terms right?

I think Torags and DFS are by far the highest defense bonus in game. Although if you wanted to maximize attack xp per hour wouldn't you be better off using full dharoks? 99 att,str,def and hp via afk nmz(att and str done through dharoks with rock cake and 1k absorption points per hour).

I just need to bide my time another six weeks and hope one of the 14 of the top 25 US Law Schools, I applied to accept me(five of those 14 asked me to apply too). In six weeks, I will also be done with my remaining four college courses, and then I can leave Rhode Island in my dust for the rest of my life and go back to New York! That and I would like to develop closer friendships and just overall have an easier/healthier time with social stuff(Which has always been a challenge of mine). It's very complex because despite my lack of positive social experience as a kid; as an adult in college, I actually have and still tend to do some really neat and impactful things in the groups, I involve myself with(while still generally remaining a mystery as a person to everyone). That said I think my difficulty socially likely has more to do with my perspective of myself, so I guess my goal should be more concrete like changing my perspective of myself and the goal of socializing more easily will just come from there.
