Before you read you may want to put on some sad music to accompany the story I have written. Some suggestions you don't have to but it will definitely set the mood. This short story is based on my first friendship as a kid... In loving memory of Ivy . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The year was 1992, there were two young boys no older than 6, one of whom was unusually shy/just wanted to be left alone his name was Nigel. The other boy was named Ivan. No one really liked Ivan; he was bullied very badly for his especially slow cognitive abilites/social skills. One day, Nigel witnessed Ivan being bullied and while he never really felt much sympathy for the other children, he couldn't help but get involved in order to stop them. It wasn't much later the two children became the best of friends. They did everything together, rode bikes, caught fish, made pretend forts, they were inseparable. One of their most notable adventures was when they discovered a bird whose wings were clipped. Nigel had very little emotions prior to becoming friends, but still didn't really care about the flightless creature. However, Ivan didn't want to leave the bird; he wanted to save him. Nigel was fascinated by Ivan's capacity to care perhaps it was simply out of grim curiosity that Nigel decided to stick by Ivan's side and try to nurse the bird back to health. They spent months together relentlessly trying to nurse the wounded creature; They even saved portions of their school lunch to feed the bird in its darkest times. Eventually, the bird was restored to proper health and returned to the skies. Ivan and Nigel were extremely joyous, and they decided that when they grow up, they should become vets that specialize in saving birds. However, these good times weren't meant to last. It had turned out Ivan had developed a severe illness from his extensive interaction with the bird and due to the time it went untreated over the course of time the bird was nursed back to health it had become fatal. Nigel wasn't effected because he never spent enough time helping to get sick, he mostly observed Ivan's seemingly futile attempts to revive the bird not actively help. Nigel became very depressed being helpless to save his friends life. So he vowed when he grew up to see to it that he alone would live on their goal to save all the birds of the world. Today Nigel is 28 years old and a world-famous vet that specializes in the treatment of not just birds but all winged creatures such as bats. He is being interviewed on a world-famous talk show, asked about his inspiration for coming so far in his field. The story you have just read is what he would like to say but simply cannot, he never could move on from his friend's death and can only speak in a few words before he just becomes speechless. He responds to the interviewer... I did it... For a friend... The end... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ There are many things open to interpretation, such as what happeend in between the 22 years between the past and the present? Or for that matter, who or rather what is The Angel With Fractured Wings? Was it Ivan who was disabled and a heart of gold? Was it Nigel who initially wasn't a hero but became one? Or was it the bird who made this magical yet tragic event happen? I know I do and fortunately due to my progressively lighter schedule after having finished the LSAT i now have more time for fun stuff in general(including writing some neat little stories, making ideas for larger ones). I actually was looking back on some of my old material and still have some neat stories saved. One of them being about my 1st friendship as a kid(spoiler alert, will likely cause mega feels it's just so tragic yet beautiful). I am considering from time to time sharing some stories I make, not sure if anyone would want to read but if so thanks . Id love to hear what others think about the stories too if I do share any(positive and negative stuff it's all good). Oh and if you do write stories what do you typically like to write about? What type do you like to read about too?

I feel kind of bad because as much as I would love to do this job I am going to be busy doing around 175-quest cape for this other client I worked with a bunch of times before. He's giving me 35m 07gp so that's awesome. Thing is there's only so much I can do now between that job and college so I don't think I could assist you now(a smaller job maybe but this is quite long). Honestly I am really good with prices; my love of quest makes each job quite enjoyable so essentially all you have to do is show me someone else's offer and I promise to mark my price down accordingly to beat theirs. I don't have any official prices yet I just offer lower than everyone else*not free but you get the idea). I also enjoy construction power level. I did 1-50 once 1m for the job itself and 1m for supplies(some money was saved). Wo if you want that I could hook you up, only takes 2-3 hours. This I could do(Id probably have to wait until friday if you're ok with that, don't worry I will do a nice price). Like I said to the guy before I am really open minded on prices too(within reason, I wont do free obviously). Some background info about my past services I am quite open minded and lenient on payment, I have had clients use middle men before, been paid upfront for a 5m list of quest jobs(felt awesome), I have even two or three times been given permission to take money off the account when the job was complete. I will never try to coerce my clients into not using a middle man if they want one(example complain I have high/higher FB/it's too time consuming). (all my quest jobs ever just me going solo through the service request forum) all of that said I feel at this time I have at the very least some decent prospects of making an official service but I want people to take my poll and give any other thoughts/advice to see where I stand. My computer would probably just call me a pervert and say I type my messages too long/formal. Ask me why I am not as out going in person as I can be online. It'd probably tell me to take a break from studying for once and go eat a doughnut or some other high fat/sugar food id usually avoid. it'd tell me to clean up my keyboard(yes I went there), question how I could go from watching really cute to really dark disturbing videos on youtube without much of a change in thought. It'd probably tell me to get some sleep. There's probably more it'd do but those are some good examples. I think for a voice it'd sound like Alan Rickman(professor Sanpe from Harry Potter).

Based on your internet history,typical usage(both online/offline), taking into account age of the computer/brand; what type of dialogue might you expect from your computer? What do you think it's personality would be like if it had one? How would it's voice sound? If it had a gender would it be a guy/girl. I finally took the LSAT(I think I did really well too, but wont know the score until October 21st/22nd). Even though I still have loads of quizzes,papers and exams to take in these next 2-3 weeks I can start to be a on here regularly like before September when I left. For those of you that don't know me I will give you an introduction. My name is Noah, I am a senior in college; I plan on going to Law school in fall 2015 to become a lawyer. I have been on/off of OSbot since july 2013 and left back in february 2014 after getting 20-30m rs07 gp hacked from my mule account. Came back in May 2014, and with the help of Dex I suceeded in writing a sucesful dispute against my hacker and he has recently returned to appeal and fortunately cannot come back until he pays me back(and he really wants to play Rs again but can't until he can bot so he has no choice but to pay me back which is wonderful). That said about me being hacked; I know what it's like getting your stuff on runescape stolen and it really sucks. It sickens me how many people have been scam quitting recently. I am a firm believer of the golden rule(Treat others how you want to be treated). We just need to ask ourselves would I want someone doing this to me? If not it's probably not the right thing to do. it also disgust me because I for one really like doing quest jobs for people and it gives the good/honest service providers a bad name because it makes services on rs accounts in general look inevitably disastrous. I am happy to say that despite me not working for a reputable AIO service provider I have enjoyed moderate success as a freelance quester (list of all the quest jobs I have done). I also like the flexibility that comes with being your own boss(hence my major Entrepreneurship, which is very much like the traditional business management major but more focused on starting a business and eventually selling it/stepping down and setting up a team to look after it while you hold the majority of ownership). I was considering working for smart's AIO service but I haven't seen him in forever and have no idea how his service is going. I am considering starting my own questing service thread to just start my own service but I fear my low fb will hold me back(Id appreciate it if you vote in my poll(moved) saying whether or not you'd hire me ever). If history is any indicator of trends in scam quitting a high fb number doesn't mean someone wont scam you it just means they're less likely too. I am sure most of you knew that already just wanted to mention that again. If it helps assuming we use a middle man I could even bond myself to the middle man throughout the duration of the job for the value of your bank(within reason I mean right now I am broke but when I get 5m assuming you transfer trade most of your stuff it shouldn't be hard keeping less than 5m on the account). Like I said I am very open minded with how I do my services cause I am here for you the customer, you're paying me good money to do a job so it's my responsibility to reciprocate and do a good job be accommodating as possible =). Plus I know what it feels like getting scammed; it sucks why would I want anyone to feel the same? I don't think I will be able to do quest jobs for awhile though since the next 2-3 weeks I have so many quizzes/exams and papers to write that my professors were kind enough to not force me to write during my last month of LSAT prep; now I owe it to do well for them. I am also going to be finishing the remaining quest for quest cape for a user who has gotten barrows gloves(shouldn't be extremely long but will keep me busy for awhile). One last thing, I am not an amazing power leveler but the one skill I do really well at power leveling is construction; I did do a level 1-50 construction job but failed to take the snap shot unfortunately. I have heard good things about giant spiders in strong hold security 3rd floor(but that might be semi AFK too, since the idea is to wear guthans and use your saradomin sword via crush style their weakness and then when low on health switch to guthans spear). However guthans spear may work alone on them I just hope it heals you fast enough on them.

*face palm* For the love of Saradomin... So that dude basically made 200k off of me and I was none the wiser... Oh well we learn from our mistakes . I was able to find an awesome CC for Guthans boosting and the guy has all the right bosses so I will stick to that CC until I get 99 attack,strength and defense. Guys I think the problem for me is the person I used had bouncer. Before the one I was doing just fine was with the ghost boss from haunted mine. I am well aware of the disconnection problems but I just saw myself get KO'd again and I am sure it's because I didn't realize that I wasn't using bouncer until now.

I am so confused When I 1st started this method about a week ago I didn't die at all or for several hours. Now I can't even leave my computer without dying in 10-20 minutes at least after getting in. This is not being disconnected either; I literally see my character die that fast. It's simply absurd; I am wearing full guthans, fire cape, d boots, Berserker ring(I), barrows gloves and a furry amulet. 75 hp and 80 defense too so yeah this is really confusing me because I lasted way longer at 70 defense. Bosses I am using include Bouncer Khazard warlord tree spirit King roald Count draynor Thanks in advance for advice

I was thinking the same thing but I also thought wouldn't most people be reluctant to fight you at that point because of how powerful you are (unless the other player has all 99 att,str and def in which case it's all 50/50 chance). Sounds like a solid plan though =).

I am currently afk training guthans (defense only). My current stats are 79 defense(almost 80) 73 attack and 72 strength. I am relatively new to staking and only staked once or twice and won both times (no bet though just for fun). However when I do get higher attack, strength and defense I do want to enter the world of staking for money. I am just trying to figure out what are optimal stats and the typical combat setup for staking in duel arena for money. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I have trouble cleaning my rs07 bank of useless items(often times quest items which are no longer needed/useful after the quest is complete). I am looking for a list that shows all the quest items that are safe to dispose of post quest. Does anyone know if such a list exist and if so where to find it? Thanks for your advice in advance
