I think Torags and DFS are by far the highest defense bonus in game. Although if you wanted to maximize attack xp per hour wouldn't you be better off using full dharoks? 99 att,str,def and hp via afk nmz(att and str done through dharoks with rock cake and 1k absorption points per hour).

I just need to bide my time another six weeks and hope one of the 14 of the top 25 US Law Schools, I applied to accept me(five of those 14 asked me to apply too). In six weeks, I will also be done with my remaining four college courses, and then I can leave Rhode Island in my dust for the rest of my life and go back to New York! That and I would like to develop closer friendships and just overall have an easier/healthier time with social stuff(Which has always been a challenge of mine). It's very complex because despite my lack of positive social experience as a kid; as an adult in college, I actually have and still tend to do some really neat and impactful things in the groups, I involve myself with(while still generally remaining a mystery as a person to everyone). That said I think my difficulty socially likely has more to do with my perspective of myself, so I guess my goal should be more concrete like changing my perspective of myself and the goal of socializing more easily will just come from there.

I only have my final four college courses on Monday and Wednesday 7 am to 3:30 pm. I generally go to bed at 12 am on Sunday and Tuesday and get up at 5am. On other nights, I go to bed at 2 am and wake up whenever(usually 7 am). I just listen to music on youtube,check my emails before bed and finish up my daily cardio session if I haven't finished it yet.

Yeah no problem =) That depends on your perspective/reasons for playing. Do you play runescape more for the social aspect or the game itself? Personally, I take solace in playing solo and not relying on anyone else >.>; my main is level 120(99 def,att,str and hp, 84 mage;72 range and 53 pray)and above 1600 total (all but 2 of my skills are below 50, and those two are at least 45) and 186 qp. I really only enjoy quest, and most of my skills are botted (got lucky that I stopped botting in February, so I avoided the bot nuke and no intention to bot again). So there is a lot of stuff I can do solo, never joined a clan and no idea how to or why I would. So I mean it's your call, if you like playing solo, or you can find another clan/new people to play with, then it may very well be worth it to you =). You never know your friends may return(Fun fact I lost contact with a very special friend of mine back in April and eight months later exactly on December 29th; I finally heard from her so a little bit of faith in your friends can go a long way). Granted we go way back, but you never know your clan friends may come back =).

Yeah botting is a mess(last time I checked in July). It went downhill in february once the bot detection software went online(AKA bot world), once Mod Weath was on the scene *laughs nervously* everyone dropped like flies =(. As for the game itself... Well at the moment, no new skills are coming out. There is this thing called a trading post which is basically an ingame zybes(currently being polled to add automated trading or possibly the GE entirely). Commission staking is now a bannable offense. Random events are gone. Magic xp in the nmz was scaled down(Cause free runes made it really quick and easy to 99). corporal beast is back (no divine sigil though). Boss pets are now a potential super rare drop where you get a mini version of your favorite bosses to follow you like a kitten. A new boss called "The Snake boss" which is being considered the hardest boss in rs07 history comes out on the 8th this month, and achievement diaries are back with a vengeance. Oh and a new continent called Zeah, which is considered to be the size of 50% of the current world map is being added to the game later this year! There's a bit more to be said, but I think this is a nice overview of things that have happened and are to come.

Meh, whatever works for people to change their lives. I don't have any new year's resolution this year(since my only real problem is I am not very social). I remember new years of 2010; I was motivated to start losing my 100 pounds of fat because of the new years... Fast-forward to August 2012, and I went from 250 pounds to 150 =). Today I am 170-175 pounds (Even after my two surgeries to get rid of all the excess skin and some remaining fat, so I did grow some muscle). I mean, it's hard to do awesome life-changing stuff like I did, but if the new years helps people start them off, and they ultimately succeed more power to them =).

Happy New Years to you as well =) All I really need to do is get out and socialize more(which has always been an issue for me since I am not naturally social/outgoing). Plus I have been hurt by lots of people =(. That and I spent the past 2.5 years in college doing nonstop work instead of taking summer vacations(thus I get to graduate a year early but haven't done much socially, and it's harder because I didn't get to socialize much as a kid either so I have a lot of lost time to make up for). 2015 is going to be great for me since all that is left is seven weeks of college; then in March I go on my internship, which is like a vacation compared to college courses and then late may until early September, I get to just chill out and do nothing, and then I begin Law School. It's pretty straight forward and there's loads of opportunities for me to go out and do stuff socially for a change(Whereas this year was the most nonstop work in college and served as the pre-requisite to 2015 so in the end it all worked out despite this year being awful). 2015-2018(when I graduate Law School) and beyond will be awesome since I finally get summer vacations and loads of time to relax and socialize =).

It is true, though we as owners are responsible for the actions of our workers(this also applies in real-life businesses only there you make way more money and insurance can help a lot whereas no such alternative exists in runescape services). The fact is though while it was my responsibility to do this as @Dbuffed mentioned, the truth is most people in my situation would not want to do it willingly(lose all that money for not actually benefiting from scamming? It's clearly an undesirable situation). It may be just a game at the end of the day but stealing is wrong no matter what form it takes. It is true I did shut down my business but only to go solo and provide quest; there are far too many risks hiring workers, and in my opinion, it's just not worth the 10% commission fees id get. I am perfectly capable of handling quest; I don't need another worker for quest. I only had workers to do job I don't do like fire Cape and power levels, etc., but now that I am only offering quest, there's no need for workers. I have plenty of leadership responsibilities in real life as well, and seven weeks of college left so I need as much time for myself as possible which plenty was spent towards managing my workers here. So it's not all bad =), I will bounce back soon enough.

Then back in February I got scammed 30m from ex-member @Mystogan This year I lost at least 100m 07gp due to scams. It's been a mess this year not just cause of lost gp but lots of real-life stuff. For example spending a year getting ready for the LSAT exam for Law school which I took like a boss back in September and just finished applying to 14 really great Law Schools in the top 25 of America). A lot of other personal stuff went on, but I still powered through and those issues were rectified for the most part. I am glad I had the opportunity to be a trial mod this past month and help out this community I have grown quite fond of despite me not being naturally social.
