According to Chuckle's screenshots, you still agreed that it would be paid the day after the account was sold. @Anomaly please communicate with @Chuckle to pay the remaining 10.5m and complete the e-mail transfer. Chuckle is a trusted user and would not intentionally scam a user for a zulrah account.

Thank you for the screenshots. In the future @Chuckle, please post a dispute against the user first instead of locking the account, this will make it much easier to deal with. @Anomaly, please complete the trade with Chuckle for the account as you were obviously already using it or attempting to.

IP bans are usually only applied when people continue to vade/scam on the same IP address over and over. If you find a range/block of IPs that is banned please contact a staff to see what can be done.

As the user is already banned for scamming, this will be added on to what he needs to repay in order to be able to return. Sorry for your loss.

Thanks for the report, but the user is not a ban evader. Maldesto banned the Chief_Keef about an hour ago because it was an old account of the user.

We don't have any evidence that these two accounts are the same person. Do you have anything that proves that they are?
