I've seen this implemented on forums I used in the past, it did not work well and the system was quickly reverted. People just need patience.

It's a low ban rate using responsible botting techniques. If you suicide you'll be banned.

OSBot and similar bots exist because there is nothing illegal about them and Jagex is too lazy/cheap to sue them to death.
