So you're saying someone who wishes to get a job in computer science should watch YouTube videos instead of attending university? Sure if they want to be self-employed this is fine, but the experience is not nearly the same and I'd argue not comparable.

I think the current staff is doing a great job and there is almost never nobody on during peak times. There may be some changes coming soon that will help the situation. You'll just have to be patient until such a time.

Computer programming isn't a real major, at least at the schools I looked at. Computer science looks at the ideas and theory and yes there is A LOT of programming in CS.

Fletching seems to have a very low ban rate. 40 minute breaks every two hours is extremely unrealistic. Try 2 hour breaks every 5-6 hours and only bot 10-12 hours a day.
