No, because you don't know which script caused the ban. In general, specific scripts do not cause bans, but bad botting techniques do.

What do you mean how frequent? It's not like there is a known number. Also, since non of us know how you bot nor do we work at Jagex we can't give you even a slightly accurate answer. -
