Just to clear this up, we are not saying you botted, but getting banned is basically a 'way out' for services that overrides your ToS. We are only asking you to refund the money for the services you did not complete due to him wishing to end the service. Thank you for doing what we feel is right, and refunding him for work you did not do.

You can't prove he botted, he is protected by his ToS. Unless you have a screenshot with him botting on your account there isn't anything we can do aside from let him finish the service.
