Even if you were protected under his ToS you would owe him 3m. He was banned during the service, not before, not after.

If Samo has proof you botted on a clients account he can keep it, otherwise he will owe you the entire 6.6m.

If there is no proof of him agreeing to the ToS, then he didn't agree to the ToS. The proof is the account is now banned and you botted on a different account of yours which resulted in a chain ban, chain bans do not always ban every account on an IP. "in the thread" -- link the thread. Give me proof of the 1.6m.

Based on the discussion so far, these are my thoughts. Samo may have talked to you about the service, but since Poison never agreed to Samo's ToS he has nothing to do with this transaction. You got Poison's account banned and owe him 3m. I currently have no evidence or knowledge about your agreements with Samo, but it seems he at least owes you 1.6m. Please post evidence about why he owes you 5M + 1.6M and any agreements you have about that.

If you approached poison then it's your fault for not getting him to post in the thread. Don't do orders that aren't set up properly.

Samo, the screenshots provided make me inclined to say this service was completed under your name. Do you have any proof to the contrary? Regardless, I don't see that poison posted in Samo's thread or agreed to the T.o.S as such they don't apply.

Even if this was done under Samo's service, it is likely he is still not bound by the ToS if he didn't post in Samo's thread. Post the evidence when you get home regardless.

If it wasn't under samo's service you are not protected by his ToS. Also, unless OP posted in samo's thread he wouldn't be held to those terms. Do you owe him 1.6m or does he owe you 1.6m?

@samosamo15, if it was not part of your service why are you refunding things? If it had nothing to do with you then you don't get to randomly give away @AdnaneSen's money. Based on the evidence I have, it seems @AdnaneSen indirectly got @Poison4all's account banned and as this order was to be done by hand then he is responsible to refund the money. I'll need proof of the 6.6m that @AdnaneSen claims @samosamo15 owes him.

What do you mean? Unless the scripter makes it intractable it obviously won't be.
