Ban rate regards on account age doesn't doesn't decrease exponentionally, not even linear (at least in long perspective). If you bot on week or less old account ban risk is very high. Maybe one year old account is better than 1 month, maybe. But there is no reason to think that 15 year old account would do extremely well in not getting banned. -
Get a decent speed It is easier to balance when you are at good speed, when you get better you can ride with no hands holding the wheel while riding faster

No one really can tell you if it will work or it won't. You need to try yourself, something maybe working for someone using same tools, but having different approach. Regarding proxies it is heavily recommended, the more accounts run on same IP the higher the ban rate tend to be, also they protect you from chain bans.

Restricted accounts only can trade one way. So you can give them gp to buy bond. And in your case you better of just investing some money in to buying gp and trying your luck with p2p accounts

F2P has very high ban rates, doesn't really matter free, premium or private script, woodcutting in F2P especially on bot like account is hard

Well not only skill but a method has so called high ban rate. E.g. blast furnance for smithing, herb cleaning for herblore, oak chopping for woodcutting etc.

Private/Premium scripts + good proxies, one account per proxy + not botting too much + not botting stupid stuff that most people bot + botting on older, human like account + mirror mode = you might not get banned

Did you checked the logger, what did it say before it happened?
