Restricted accounts only can trade one way. So you can give them gp to buy bond. And in your case you better of just investing some money in to buying gp and trying your luck with p2p accounts

F2P has very high ban rates, doesn't really matter free, premium or private script, woodcutting in F2P especially on bot like account is hard

Well not only skill but a method has so called high ban rate. E.g. blast furnance for smithing, herb cleaning for herblore, oak chopping for woodcutting etc.

Private/Premium scripts + good proxies, one account per proxy + not botting too much + not botting stupid stuff that most people bot + botting on older, human like account + mirror mode = you might not get banned

I guess sessions would be better. Also depends on task. 1.5 hours of fletching is doable for a person, 1.5 hours of agility can be only done by a bot or crazy person

Scripts has a lot to with it. You said you used macro killer. From my experience it has very high ban rate
