^ this is in the thought process I have been thinking of it quite a bit, what I have come with is I would have to have a set time limit for each task being dispatched for instance say a worker is doing Tree Gnome Village the work time for that would be lets say 15 minutes and they would be paid if so $10 per hour so basically 15 minutes of an hour. That is something I was thinking of. Yes that is always the problem with online scum but I have basically come up with a 3 step interview process going to be testing it out over the next few weeks to see how effective it is but I'm sure no scumbag scammers will get past me lol.

Well 20-30m is nothing compared to what they would make in a week, one worker 52m for one order which took em 3-4 days. Which is like 100$ for 3-4 days or work but think of how much in one day is actually used on actually working on a RS order, but its still in the thought process 20-30m was just a throw out number but its being considered to be honest simple because of the amount of work that I process per week.

So I have a few questions, I have a pretty big site being made right now and in a couple of days ill be hiring loads of workers. For the past two days I've been discussing with some friends on there methods for contracting workers. Usually I would have workers pay a down payment and they get it back whenever they decide to leave if they don't have any pending work but I have learned that, that method can keep you with a lot of turnovers as far as employment goes. So I was thinking something as such, Workers would pay something like 20-30m down payment but they would be contracted to work 1-3 months before they are eligible to receive the down payment back, hence remembering that workers will be ranging from CSGO boosters to League Boosters to RS skillers and questers. In terms of turn overs and keeping workers employed what do you guys think? Really need advise in terms of a business aspect so please if you don't know what a turn over is please do not post on the thread, no spam and no random chit chat please, thank you.
