Fixed, I think it messed up once your VIP ran out. I've also removed the VIP permissions that you still had, given it was still giving you VIP access.

You both will need to come to an agreement. Mack, you cannot come to an agreement for a refund amount & you refuse to finish the service, then you will be banned. If you don't do either of those 2, then you'll be considered a scammer.

Could you please give me a list of what has been completed & what still needs to be completed? By the looks of it, Mack will need to refund the portion of the job he hasn't completed, or he needs to finish the service.
