Well, we put people in TWC at the beginning of a dispute. Since they're given TWC, we should just remove all of their feedback? What if the person is being framed? I dun support, since it's kind of flawed.

The thing is, he made the payment for membership, and then it immediately went to a different IP for the next month. Jagex will look at that and just laugh, since it'll be rather obvious it wasn't hacked. He can try to submit a ticket though, and see the outcomes of it before any further action is taken on our forums

Since there was a misunderstanding on that part, I made a video of me making a new account without having to register the email in order to play.
