It's bannable for sure. But i've got an AHK script you can use which i've been using on my 3rd account for sometime now it flicks prayer at nmz and the account is maxed melee + coming up on 98 range (all through nmz 1 hp absorb pot method) haven't seen a ban so far and the progress is pretty amazing.
