He's correct you know, even with lvl 3's accounts they scam, just look in the dispute archive for mine against Booleans Yay. Fucking scammed me out of a measly 8M GP... Pathetic as fuck... but once you start factoring in hundred's of millions of GP worth on high level/quested accounts you have to be especially careful of who you have dealings with.
