Hey, Given the upcoming changes, we wanted to provide some clarity on how things are looking. We are currently working on support for the C++ client. Our primary objective is to update the API in a way that allows all existing scripts to continue functioning with no to minimal changes. This is our best-case scenario. However, in the unlikely event that major changes are necessary, scripts may need to be reworked to work with the new API. We will be supporting scripters in adapting their scripts to these changes to assure the shortest amount of downtime. The hope is that we can have this completed before any major changes to the client go live. In the meantime, until the C++ client support is fully implemented, here is our plan as it currently stands: If the official Java client is discontinued, we will attempt to bring back mirror mode on RuneLite to ensure we have the least amount of downtime possible. If the official Java client (gamepack) remains available, there will be no changes and everything will continue to function as it currently does. Have goldsmith gauntlets equipped and your ice gloves and a stamina potion in your inventory. Withdraw an inventory of gold ore. Run to the conveyer belt and deposit your ores. *IMPORTANT: WAIT FOR THE XP DROP WITH YOUR GOLDSMITH GAUNTLETS ON. (If you take them off too early, you will only get half of the XP from the gold bars) After you see the XP drop you can switch to your Ice Gloves and pick up the ores. Bank your bars and withdraw a new inventory. Use stamina potions when needed if available to you. *the bot is perfect actually. I was incorrect about needing to switch from ice gloves to goldsmithing gauntlets.

I got 1-99 agility botting an average of 4-6 hours per day over a month with this script. great work, no notes.

So I am just at the Maze tunnel part now, I need to quest up another account so I can see which Config ID shows the maze directions. But while we wait, I can code in a temporarily solution where the script asks us what our maze path is (in setup window) so it can follow this path or I can code a way to try random paths in the maze until it finds the correct one

OSRS (as of now) doesn't use kernal anticheat, so no need yet for crazy solutions involving 2 computers and DMA. Its pattern matching banned account play patterns and a bit of client detection. Assuming client detection is not an issue, switching up tasks and "playing like a player" mostly handles the pattern matching designed to catch bot farms building accounts in a particular way. RN most major bots hook onto use the legacy java client which apparently is ~90% bots according to Jagex. Maybe a year from now, we would have likely switched into the c++ new client. There maybe some hiccups with detection with early versions but with trial and error things get figured out like RS3. Then Jagex does some other BS down the line and the cycle repeats.

been a round a long time with botting on RS and all them years a go they said the bot nuke of 2011 was going to end botting and it did for a month or so but the bot come back but jagex all so seen there players numbers drop from 130k+ players to only 30k/40k so this will just put a hold on it for a bit till C++ clients come out as all games have bots so just wait for it to happen and go from there.
