  1. For those of you who don't use VS Code, I highly recommend swapping to it. When I first started writing scripts back in 2013 for OSB, I was using IntelliJ, I believe. However, VS Code offers so much more flexibility, and now that it can compile jars for you, I think it's a better option than Eclipse and IntelliJ. So, here's the guide on how to get you up and running on VS Code. You will need to ensure that you have the Java JDK 1.8+ already installed. If not, download it from here -> https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jre8-downloads.html Next, you'll want to install Maven as this is what will be used to compile your script. Go to http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi and download the archive. Find a place you want to store the unzipped files. For me, it's on a secondary drive (Z:\Programs\maven) Edit your environment variables Here, you'll want to append the path to the bin folder of Maven to your global Windows path (for me: Z:\Programs\maven\bin) While you're here, you'll want to add a new user variable called JAVA_HOME if you don't already have it. This is required for an extension in VS Code in order to create the Java project. You'll see that mine is on the C drive. If you haven't done so already, download VS Code: https://code.visualstudio.com/download Then you'll need to add some extensions. You'll want to click the tab with the four boxes, shown below. And then you want to search for the Java Extension Pack. This will install the Maven extension as well as debugging and Java language support extensions which are helpful for writing Java. Once that is done, you can create your first project. On Windows, press CTRL + Shift + P and a dialog should pop up. With your new extensions, you should be able to type Maven and be able to select the option Maven: Create Maven Project. You'll then be able to select different libraries and default templates for the project. Select maven-archetype-quickstart as this will provide a small bootstrapped Maven project. You'll then be asked for the version you want. Pick the latest version (at this time, v1.4). Then choose where you want the project's folder to be created. Next, you'll be prompted with questions for the setup of the project. Enter the values based on your project scope. You'll need to add the OSB jar file to the project. There is a command you can use to do this, but it's currently broken and doesn't add the dependency to the classpath at this time. So, the quickest way is to paste the following code in .classpath while replacing the path to your OSB file. You will also need to create a folder called lib and add the OSB file there. If you have errors in building your project later on, then you can additionally press CTRL + Shift + P and choose Java: Add a jar file or a folder to project classpath and select the OSB jar file. This will create a .vscode folder with settings.json with reference to the the lib folder you created and the classpath information you added below. <classpathentry kind="lib" path="Z:/Cloud/Development/OSBot/OSBot 2.5.67.jar" /> I'm going to skip over writing Java for OSB at this time. When you're ready to build your project, you can do it via command line, or through a command in VS Code. Either way, it'll use Maven which you installed earlier. On Windows, press CTRL + Shift + P and type in Maven. You'll want Maven: Execute Commands You'll need to select the project, which should default to the project you have open. Then you'll need to select package Once that is done, you'll have a folder called target inside your root project folder. Inside the target folder, you will have your built jar file, which you can then add to your OSB script folder.

  8. View in store $5.99 for lifetime access _____________________________________________________________ Key Features: Progressive mode - The script will traverse the xp-optimum course for your current level; walking to the next course as your level increases. Reliability - The script was developed and rigidly tested with superior reliability in mind. Human replication - Designed around human simulation - behaviour tuned to replicate common rooftop play styles. Alching / Magic Imbue - The script can be configured to High/Low Alch items, or cast Magic Imbue as it traverses the course. Target system - Can be optionally configured with a target. Once this target is achieved, the script will stop. Available targets (variable λ): Stop when λ agility exp gained. Stop when agility level λ reached. Stop when λ magic exp gained. Stop when magic level λ reached. Stop when λ minutes passed. Healing - The script will consume edible items in your inventory to restore health, stopping if you run out of food. Mark of Grace looting - All marks of grace are looted while the script traverses the rooftop. Randomisation - All thresholds (including but not limited to Run energy and Critical Hp) are dynamically randomised. Energy restoration - The script will consume energy restoring items/potions when needed, provided they are available in the inventory. Web-Walking - The script utilises the OSBot Web to navigate the OSRS map, meaning it can be started from almost anywhere. Course detection - If you are on/near a rooftop course before setup, the course will automatically be loaded into the GUI. Error correction - The script will detect when it has made a mistake (e.g. climbed ladder in seers' bank) and will attempt to return to the course. ...and many more! Supported Rooftops: (Level 10) Draynor ✓ (Level 20) Al-Kharid ✓ (Level 30) Varrock ✓ (Level 40) Canifis ✓ (Level 50) Falador ✓ (Level 60) Seers' Village ✓ (Level 70) Pollnivneach ✓ (Level 80) Rellekka ✓ (Level 90) Ardougne ✓ Things to consider before trying/buying: Avoiding bans - while I have done my utmost to make the script move and behave naturally, bans do occasionally happen, albeit rarely. To minimise your chances of receiving a ban, I would strongly suggest reviewing this thread written by the lead content developer of OSBot. If you take on board the advice given in that thread and run sensible botting periods with generous breaks, you should be fine. That being said, please keep in mind that botting is against the Oldschool Runescape game rules, thus your account will never be completely safe and you use this software at your own risk. Web-walking - alongside a network of paths, the script moves around with the OSBot web-walking system, using it when in unknown territory. While it has proven very reliable, there are naturally some areas for which the web-walker may struggle. As a result, prior to starting the script, I would strongly recommend manually navigating your player to/close to the desired rooftop course. Progressive mode - the script features 'Progressive mode' which will cause the script to advance rooftop courses as you level up. Progressive mode relies on the aforementioned web-walking system for inter-rooftop navigation. Consequently, I would highly recommend monitoring the script as it traverses between courses to ensure the web-walking process correctly executes. Healing & Energy restoration - the script will automatically heal or restore run energy when needed. It will do so by consuming items in the inventory - this script will not bank. For optimal exp rates, I would strongly suggest keeping energy restoring items in the inventory (energy/super energy/stamina/fruits/summer pies/purple sweets/...). To prevent the script stopping prematurely, bring a few bites of food along. Using magic - The script supports the periodic casting of a magic spell while traversing a course to maximise experience rates. To determine whether or not you can cast a spell, the script checks your magic level as well as which runes are in your inventory and which stave you have equipped (if any). It is worth noting that, at this time, the script does not recognise any of the following items as rune sources, so avoid using them while running this script: Bryophyta's Staff, Tome of Fire, Rune Pouch. Script trials: I believe that trying a script before buying is paramount. After trying the script, hopefully you will be convinced to get a copy for yourself, but if not you will have gained some precious agility experience! If you're interested in a trial, please follow the instructions on my trials thread which can be found here. 9. This tutorial will cover everything required to write your own OSBot scripts. Although it is quite lengthy, don't let this put you off - it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to follow through, at the end of which you will have learned the scripting basics and will have your very own tea thieving script which you can modify to your liking. Good luck! Previous required knowledge: None Knowledge of basic java helps but is not required! What this guide covers: Downloading your code editor (IDE) Basic programming concepts A quick guide to java Writing a script with the OSBot API Running your script Downloading Eclipse: Setting up your project: Language basics: Java basics: Script backbone: Compiling the script: Writing the script: Best practices and conventions: Completed Tea thieving source code: That's the end of this tutorial, hopefully it was useful and concise enough. As I mentioned earlier, remember to ask LOTS OF QUESTIONS! Also remember that google is your friend! ? Although it may seem OSBot scripting is a niche use of java, many questions can translate to more widely adopted counterparts - use this to your advantage. If you have any questions do not hesitate to post as a reply below. Since I follow this thread, I will receive a notification if you do and will do my best to get back to you ASAP! - Apaec

  13. Will make some changes to lumbridge bank webwalking, it is a bit weird because there are 3 sets of stairs, however should be an easy fix, update coming up. As for mithril and gold ore, I will make changes to the script to allow mining two different types of ore, right now it is only available via the Screen mode feature, which I am not sure that you have tried, please confirm. I am sad to hear that you are not enjoying the script, however I am always available to add more updates and fixes, I have been maintaining my scripts for years so please don't think that I won't make sure the script is 100% flawless for everyone. However I would really appreciated more technical logs/feedback vs nasty/rude comments, I am here to help! Another update coming up, stay tuned. If possible, please prioritize using Screen mode (manually selecting your favoured rocks) as opposed to the preset list mode. EDIT: New Update (v126.0) - Lumbridge updated, now banks there successfully, no longer tries to go al-kharid from lumbridge - List mode updated, now mines perfectly using list mode, no longer gets stuck - Preferred bank option now activates properly - Mining multiple types of ore now supported properly (screen mode) Fixed, apologies to everyone, I was experimenting with some code and it messed up list mode. Will be posting the new update v126.0 shortly, list mode will be back to normal + working again ^^ Update v126.0 will automatically go live within a couple of hours, the paint/overlay will show v126.0 when it's live, good luck guys ^^ Note: sequential mode has been added to this version (screen mode) which means you can mine multiple types of ore.

  16. Hey there, Just wanted to say i think this is coded/executed really well. I have your 3 in 1 and this miner is currently better than all the others offered at the moment. The only thing i think its missing is a rock selector. if youre mining one specific ore than this is the best script for the job period. Cheers!

  18. Love your work sir. Bot was beautiful from levels 1-65. Worked the way I though it would. There's only one thing I think that needs to be looked into. Blackjacking Menaphite Thugs. There's a time during leveling on them when they turn around and attack you, but the bot just keeps trying to Pickpocket or Knockout the Thugs while they're attacking us. Is there anyway you can make it run from them? and lose AGRO or something? other then that the bot is beautiful. THANKYOU !
