Since its not 43 pray you can't do it nmz so it'll have to be sand crabs, and at 1 def they hit you so its not afkable, it's going to be super expensive lol.

I checked the experience table, its ~5m exp

Its Not 5m xp As i am 66 strength i Think.

You'll have to go to a top-rated shop as 1 defense pures have a higher banrate when trained(botted). Also there's the chance of getting 2 defense etc.
