We lived in the same area and i saw him often, he kept to himself alot. He told police in Belgium he was gonna blow himself up, but decided not to at the last minute. The other guy he was with, killed himself and 13 people. For the record, i didn't know him personally. I just knew who he was for years. There are already multiple people who have commented on this guy, who knew him personally
