Try toggling the stamina potions button the GUI, that may work. By default it's enabled, which may be required for Regicide. If it's not withdrawing stamina potions there may be an issue with that. Excuse what I previously said lol it's late and I was thinking of a different quest. Anyway, It should after putting the garlic in the pipe pay bonzo.
