yes you get firecape as well.

 

You can exchange firecape for a pet, but the chance isn't 100% to get it wink.png

 

A guy exchanged 86 firecapes in hopes of getting a pet. he didn't get one. just goes to show it really is quite hard to get! :)

I love the look of the jad pet, but not worth getting possibly hundreds of firecapes just to get it. At least with other pets you can profit from loot etc.

I think its not really that worth it, after seeing the guy lose 86 capes. The amount of time it must have taken him to obtain those, just for a chance at a pet which he didn't even end up getting!
