Stixx
I am in the same boat as many others in that I tried scamming once but just couldn't live with myself after I did it on another botting website (I'm an 09 vet on P****bot). Bought around $500 worth of gold pre eoc and charged it back. I ended up ending the dispute after about a week as I couldn't shake the feeling of screwing someone over and I couldn't get it out of the back of my head. That was the one and only time I have ever scammed or even thought about it in my runescape life since 2005. Glad my good side prevailed in the end. To answer the OP, no, I would never scam quit for any amount. Edited March 21, 2015 by rsgodd
Aiban
Thank you everyone for posting This thread just blew up (MOM GET THE CAMERA!!!!) But is there anyone out there who scammed and is now happy with no regrets? It would be interesting because so far we are getting so many one sided responses

Oliver
Nope, but I am sure more than 95% if not even more percent of members would do it.
WhatsRunescape
I'm a strong believer in karma, so nah. Couldn't do that to someone. Stealing isn't right, and that's what scamming is. I've never scammed anyone, never intend to. I've been scammed numerous times, most of the time it was me being too trusting towards people I thought I knew </3. Botre
I've never scammed. But... Would I scam a random person for a million dollars if I were 100% sure I'd get away with it? Probably. But scamming on OSBot? Nah that's just sad, if I desperately needed 100$ I'd find another way to get them.
Scotty
I used to scam, and it was always because I thought I was going to get rich, in reality it always bites you in the ass. It never profits as much as you thought, and then you can never stay around because you are always getting banned. In the end being legit is the best thing I've ever done. I've exploded with so many more opportunities. I also work for my money in real life and paying bills, I know how frustrating it is to even waste $5.00, so I can just imagine all the ones that have been scammed by me felt. I feel like a piece of crap when I see people getting scammed and know I used to do that and cause so much emotional pain/frustration to people. I despise scammers and I can't really ever believe I did something so low. i love u so much when i first found out u were a scammer i thought u were a cunt but you're a changed man buddy

RoomScape
With all the drama going on in the dispute section lately i wanted to know. Would you scam quit? If so what would your breaking point be? Me personally. I dont see myself scam quitting because right now im using a 2011 laptop to play League of Legends and Runescape with movies/shows. I have nolife and have absolutely everything i need. I recently bought a pc chair and need to upgrade my fan but its all fine atm. I dont see how having more money than i currently do is going to change anything in my life. I have a particular taste in food and they are inexpensive. Am using an old chinese phone for calls but i mostly use it as a bed watch. Rocking 2 pairs of jeans and some shirts but i dont go out much so i dont have to worry about clothing. But if i were to scam quit it would be for $50k+ tldr: Content with everything i have cause nolifer You actually sound like you're the type of person who would scamquit tbh. People who scam for money usually do it because they have no money, lol.
