With the 500 post restriction + join date, there are literally less than 60 people out of 100,000+ registered. There are also those like @SXForce that don't even post or help out any more. Not all 60 will have it, I doubt even 20 people will have it. 2

It implies 20 activate users, which means ull be seeing em quite often.
