Well, if you've ever took a peek in the Graphics section mostly you see kids spam posting to get 100 post count. Somehow the Graphics section goes under the radar when talking about punishment being dealt, so my suggestion is that we have another Graphics Moderator (Dex is perfect for head designer, he's very professional don't change him) so that the spam posts can be deleted by a moderator that is dedicated to the section.

This would produce the following

 

Pro's

1. Less spam
2. Scammers trying to get 100 post count to sell stuff would be limited to the heavily moderated sections instead of the below radar Graphics section. 
3. Less useless clutter on the topic, providing no actual advice so they can improve for the person who is posting.

 

Cons

1. Most designers have pretty huge ego's, this would make it hard to find the right candidate.
2. You could just tell your moderators to check and punish people in the section more often.
3. Another rank (Although it could just be the same color as regular designer like head is, but with a glow) 

Thoughts? Hoping for some real thoughts on it not just "Support/no support wow gay" 's

No I don't even want the rank so don't act like i'm trying to go for it, I just want the section to be more cleaned up.

We do our best to browse all the forum boards and sections to ensure that spam & unnecessary posts are removed and users are punished accordingly for it.

 

However, no matter how many staff members you have, a forum with 2000 members + online per day will never be completely covered. That's where you guys come in and report posts continuously so that we can catch it if we happen to miss it.

 

We are working towards maybe getting a few more staff members on board, but that's only given to those who deserve it and can handle it responsibly. ^_^

Agreed, after our loss of @Raflesia and @Gilgad we have been working on bringing a few more Staff Members on board. I will make sure to watch the graphics section as much as possible to relive this issue in the mean-time. Remember reporting their posts always expedites the process and we'll handle it as soon as possible. Thank you for your suggestion and concern my friend.

I have to agree, even in the rules it says:

 

But it seems people don't follow these rules, but then again it happens in nearly every section, so it's difficult to moderate

Report the post with this button  and it will be handled quickly. We don't go through every post individually though, but if you use that button it sends us a report and we look at it and handle it as soon as we see it.
