I don't see how this is really necessary.. It's a thread that by the general consensus of the community following 2 threads posted earlier would be helpful to users.

Are you honestly going to go through the tons of scam reports and add people to this list? I mean... If the person is banned, that should be enough of a reason not to trade/go first, lol.

If someone's banned, there shouldn't be a list and a reason why you shouldn't trade them. Also, if someone trades a banned user without checking whether they're banned or not, that's just on them for their ignorance.

You're warning members to not trade banned accounts, but those accounts can't even access the forums, so it'll be hard for them to end up trading them. If anything, I feel like it'd be a better idea to make a list of all the TWC users & link the reason to the rank, that'd be more beneficial.
