thieving = 15m
agility = 40m (if no seers teleport), 30m (if you do have seers teleport)
con = 70m with oak/teak planks, 45m if you can get mahogany.
rc = 19m

Can do all for 190m (assuming no seers teleport - we have a 5% discount on first order in our discord so i've already applied that and given a bulk discount). Be wary of cheap prices from low rep people.
