The land would become more expensive if more people buy land in that specific country.

The developers claim it should provide passive income in the near future, based on advertisements etc.

Not sure if it's legit or a scam..

without reading anything about this i can say it's technically possible and sort of been done before. look at the game second life for example.

if i remember correct there have been multiple games ( not vr  ) in the past with options to buy pieces of plates  / estate.

 

some would be for their clan and be worth 10s of thousends of dollars.

I would say it's more likely to be a scam than not. There's barely any information about it online, aside from their website (which makes some ridiculous claims)

so its just a financial pyramid

if u you invested in it i suggest to quit asap

if it's real then it's a voluntary blue pill 

Looks legit, no clue why you would do something like that. But I guess it's the same like that spacecraft game, what's it called... Star Citizen, people bought for literally thousands of dollars worth 'content' and it never fully released, and likely never will.
