Couple small updates this time.

API CHANGES:
- Added Magic#Book and Magic#getCurrentBook() to get the current spell book.

FIXES:
- Fixed trading not offering items in resizable mode.
- Fixed not scrolling far enough when buying items from the GE.

MISC:
- Minor bug fixes.
