Botting during Jagex Work hours

Featured Replies

Has anyone actually noticed a decrease in bans if avoiding botting during Jagex business hours? Is this a real thing?

If only by a few hours. In my experience, their software flags you, their team bans you once they're in the office

Doesnt really matter when u bot. If u get caught u get banned regardless.

Hardly a factor when botter is already flagged & analysed with ML & subject to manual review the next day.

The activity/location and account value will determine whether I bot 24/7 or not.

Work hours don't matter, basically like Jack said:

Activity and location are pretty much everything when it comes to bans.

Won't really change anything if you stop during Jagex hours, they just manually ban you during those hours. If anything, just mule before Jagex hours.

In my experience and judgement from such, it's 100% irrelevant. You'll get flagged and banned when they do get into their office in that scenario.

If your account gets flagged you'll save a few hours - until mods get to work and close it. If you're botting during working hours your ban can be instant.

The system flags you, and then Jagex staff review and make the final call, so it doesn’t matter when you bot, or even how “safely” you bot, eventually you will get banned (I had an old username login that I botted probably 12-15 hours total on, it got banned almost one year later)
