Looking for what a maxed level 3 with all 99's besides combat stats / slayer would go for 

so crafting and herb  and con? will go for a huge price just for those skills - + the time and effort . upwards of 500m . 

every 99 but attack/str/defence/range/magic/prayer/hp/slayer

would it really though? Kind of a pointless account to buy. Can't really do anything on it besides gain xp. Which wont increase account value much

i think he's wanting to buy one? OO reputation does matter but the botting wouldn't matter if it was rested for a while.

If there are no black marks then it doesn’t matter as long as you aren’t insta banned upon loggin.

It’s more about the rarity of the account and being recognized within the os community.

Depending on the seller i could see this account type going for over 1b. You gotta think, getting combat is some of the fastest 99s to be done. It's some of the skilling that people hate which is why most people dont end up max caping

those are probably the fastest skills in the game if you have the money. 

@OP A skiller would go for a lot, however why would someone buy a maxed skiller, ruins the point for them. 

Fast but expensive skills  . Con has a high ban rate too. 

ppl who buy maxed skillers use them mainly to show off.. bragging rights... , make some easy cash -(aka hunter ) .. less likely to be hassled in wild by pkers . Alot of potential in pvp worlds too . 

It would be worth alot . 

I mean 99 slayer level 3. Probs over 10b hahahaha
