If a site says 18+ and ends up asking for SSN is it safe to start using if actually not being 18? What if something goes wrong and needs verification? etc.

Manner Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 For websites that don't require ID: hardware wallet or blockchain if just holding BTC, Binance for trading BTC to other cryptos If you want to buy BTC with USD from your bank, you will have to show ID on any website I know. The only way to get around this is by using private sellers, like on this website or using the website localbitcoins.
