It depends first time i trusted a twc he botted on a service and got me banned  , but looking it in another way i was also twc and ppl still ended up trusting me etc  so it really depends who it is imo

What if the dude requested to be TWC for a month because he wanted to take a break...

Depends the case of why he has been TWC'ed.

Implementation of 'DNT' (Do Not Trade) would probably be the better option that using TWC. 

TWC indicates that the user has scammed before and it's basically self-explanatory in the name... Trade with Caution

depends if they actually scammed and nto some bs reason
