Ban Question

I was running ascerd's fletching script while I was out for dinner.

Some guy decided to try tele-other me to camelot or something.

I think this has happened about an hour before I came home, and the script was running for around 5 hours total. When I came back the mouse was hovering back and forth across the screen because the tele-other screen messed up the script.

Will Jagex most likely detect that I was botting now because the script was glitching for an hour? Or if I haven't gotten banned yet I am most likely in the clear? This was on my main so I'm slightly nervous LOL.

(I know you should avoid botting on your main, but I've been doing it for around eight years or so, and I've only received a small temporary ban once about six years ago.)

Probably. I used to do this to barrows bots.

lmao ur dumb this is so easy to avoid. turn accept aid off loser hehe xD

Do some quests, play legit. You might not get banned.

lol, sure, offer him to try get quest cape before monday - it's like bulletproof vest from bans.

unfortunately, R.I.P Main account, may not be today or tomorrow, but soon.. when you think your safe.... Jagex will fuck your account over.

Something simular has happened to me before, the next day the account was banned with a decent amount of wealth on it, transfer all wealth to a mule and wait for 3 days.

Next time make sure you have aid turned off in your settings.

any news. im interested lelele

Almost 48 hours later, no ban. I've transferred most of my money and items to my side account. I've been doing slayer, questing and barb-fishing.

I've used this same account for 10 years, so I'm sure I'll be able to get it back even if I do get banned. I found multiple posts of longtime accounts who were perm-banned for botting, but got their accounts back after appealing it. Jagex just reset the stats they knew were botted.

With all that being said, every minute on this account is still nerve-wracking.

If it's was clicking then yeah, if not then who's to say you didn't leave your mouse on your bed while stroking one out for an hour, which kept it hovering back and forth, thus keeping you logged in...?

in all seriousness, you'll be fine, provided it wasn't clicking.

Update:

Over 72 hours later, no ban. Starting to feel pretty optimistic.

I'm not going to transfer gold and items back to my main until a week passes though.

Last Update:

Didn't get banned. Probably going to avoid botting on the account for a few months. I'm done posting on this thread.
