Perma ban on league - is there a way to get it back?

Got permanently banned, tried appealing years later as to say: "Hey!, Can I have another chance as I've reformed as a person!" to be met with "nuhh bruhh"

okay honestly you can get it back by talking to riot support. literally just claim you were not in ownership of the account at the time of the flame etc. (claim you were hacked) or something like you sold a computer with your private information like league details in it somewhere. it sounds stupid enough but it has seriously worked for me and friends in the past. ofcourse if you have TONS of flaming offenses from scattered dates it wont work, wish you the best of luck

How.. I tried this after I sold my account, which the idiot who bought it got permabanned(like 2 weeks after lmao). Tried appealing, gave everything they needed as I said my account was hijacked. Ofc they replied with permabans are not appealable and shit.

Back in the day I got banned, so I charged back some of the money I spent on RP, and then I resent the money back to Riot. There system got confused and unbanned me for paying back the chargeback. Doesn't work no more but

A permanent ban is a permanent ban, riot doesn't care if you reform or not, they will still make you make a new account.  This is of course unless the account was banned in error, if that was the case then they would look at it, however that acc is banned forever.
