Selling accounts without 100 posts

Apparently i need 100 posts to sell a runescape account is it fine to state that i will use a middle man or am i not allowed to sell runescape accounts at all?

Post count doesn't always mean someone is trustworthy. Just an added note. Look at the length of time they've been around, their contributions to the community, and vouches. Without vouches, your attempts to sell are useless.
