Does anyone have the new GoPro Hero 5 Black, and do they think it is worth upgrading from a Hero 4 Black? Thinking about what to ask for this Christmas ;)

Yes, it´s totally worth buying it. The features are great and just the fact you don´t need any extra cover etc is brilliant.

not worth it if you got a gopro hero 4 black. but if you got loads of money laying around and dont care about spending an extra 400+ bucks for a new camera then by all means lol

If it's a gift, sure why not.

 

Buying it for yourself, not so much. The sound quality isn't a huge improvement. Minuscule/No visual quality update. 

 

You're basically paying 400$ for a device you already have but with touchscreen and a bit of image stability (Which is nice, but not worth spending 400 on)
