 G.e will be available but you jsut cant trade between accounts directly, ie using a mule or swapping gold which will be banable.

 

S3 starts after the $10k tourny which is at the end of sept, S3 will only last 1 month and will be closed for 6 weeks before the tourny of s3

They keep simply implementing new features and 'positive changes' to increase the player base and attract new players. 

However I don't think anyone really give's a shit anyway. Trading disable between players or not, there's already a bunch of flaws and bugs they haven't and won't fix.
