You can't always get what you want. There's no reason to take this public and you should just talk to staff about this privately. You can appeal TWC if you have refunded the person you scammed.

You mean it keeps on loading without actually ever showing them? I've had this before when I was using edge, when I swapped over to chrome I haven't had the problem (yet?) You could try a different browser or clearing browser data in the one you're using.

This has to do with the script trying to acces a file or folder outside of the permitted boundries set in one of the last updates. As mentioned above, contact the scripter and await his reply for a fix
