I dont think so, Ive gotten two rwt bans. One of them was about 10 months ago with 120m+ on the acc and probably about 500m traded, the other one was a couple weeks ago with under 100m traded. For all I know customers could have been reporting me though - but I doubt it.

You have to have joined on or before September 2013 (I think) & you need 500 postcount aswell as being active & helpful towards the community.
