Just do a lot of quests and get total levels got my voider "maxed" (as in botted to the stats i wanted) without getting banned because i started by doing a lot of quests and doing most of the skill reqs for b gloves (all these lvl 30-40 reqs that take a day or two to get) that only helps if you arent goldfarming tho

pretty sure they start 2day bans when you login so you get the full punishement. They said 2day bans are just for players who bot once and need to see that botting gets them banned
