the only legit emails jagex sends you are advertisements when you have them enabled and i think if you have authenticator and someone wants to remove it but they always start by calling you your ingame name

I think they said they wanted to put the name of the guy who finds it into the game so if any scripter wants ingame advertisement they should make a script that digs in every spot in an area and then run it on 20 accs

well the item is in game so you just have to dig every spot on the map and you can find it (probably no areas that require quests to enter)
