have you tried selling it on https://www.reddit.com/r/globaloffensivetrade or opskins(better for cash)? you shouldnt really have much trouble finding people to buy it there especially if you go below market price (dont forget that everyone considers -13% the standard price because thats the price without steam market fees)

what are your stats right now? If you just get 15 attack levels it will make your cb lvl unbalanced so you need to get quite a few extra range levels to compete gainst other people on your cblvl who have balanced accs
