I definitely support, it's odd that you don't already have the sponsor abilities. Whether it is primary or secondary shouldn't make a difference.

I'd say this would be beneficial and could increase site activity. Additionally you can also advertise OSBot as much as you can to promote the site which in turn will gain more members, thus becoming more active.

I really don't see a need to make it required. If one chooses to use it, then so be it, it shouldn't be forced upon everyone.

I personally wouldn't recommend using Kokei's chopper, it is highly outdated, and fails to detect script-related randoms such as ents. A better option would probably be DefNerd's AIO chopper. In regards to the issue you are experiencing - it is a client related problem, the developers will need to fix it.
